Our team
Guided by passion, united by purpose
At Bristol Hills Historical Society, our strength lies in the people who dedicate their time, knowledge, and passion to preserving the history of our community. From our board of directors to our volunteers, each member plays an essential role in keeping the stories of Bristol Hills alive.

Mary has lived in the Bristol Hills area for over years and is deeply passionate about protecting local heritage. With a background in education, she leads the organization with vision and community-centered values.

A retired historian and author, James brings expertise in regional history and a lifelong dedication to research. He oversees programs that connect the community with the past through exhibitions and publications.

David is responsible for cataloging, conserving, and maintaining historical artifacts. His work ensures that the Society’s collection remains protected and accessible for generations to come.

I interned with the Historical Society as part of my history degree program, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my education. I gained hands-on skills in research and archiving while working with people who truly value community and heritage.

Supporting the Historical Society has been an honor. Their work not only preserves the past but also strengthens the sense of community today. Their events bring people together and remind us that our shared history is something to celebrate and protect.

As a lifelong resident of Bristol Hills, I have always cared deeply about our local history. Volunteering here has given me the chance to give back while learning even more about the place I call home. Every artifact I help preserve feels like I am safeguarding a piece of my family’s story too.
